要求:
1.Responsible for the entry/exit/transfer/regularization/contract renewal of overseas employees.
负责海外员工的入职/离职/转岗/试用期/合同续签等工作;
2.Complete the monthly payroll for overseas countries, follow up and deal with abnormalities in a timely manner, produce monthly manpower cost reports, and promote the annual promotion and salary adjustment for employees.
每月完成海外各国的薪资发放,异常情况及时跟进处理,并制作月度人力成本报表,推进员工的年度晋升、调薪等流程;
3.Ensure the accuracy of employees data maintenance (SOP, OA), the timeliness of all document preparation, signing and collection and the implementation of company and departmental management by continuously optimizing company processes and systems.
通过不断优化公司流程和制度,确保所有员工数据维护的准确性(SOP,OA)、所有文件的准备、签署和收集的及时性和公司及部门的管理需求落地;
4.Provide consulting services to superiors and employees On relevant procedures and policies, and be able to work closely with HRBP, COE, IT and finance to ensure smooth and efficient communication.
为部门主管和员工提供相关程序和政策的咨询服务,能够与HRBP、COE、IT和财务密切合作,确保顺畅和高效的沟通;
5.Maintain the cooperation relationship with various overseas suppliers, support the upgrade project or integration plan of major HR modules, and cooperate with superiors to complete other work.
推进海外各类供应商的合作关系,支持人力资源各大模块的升级项目或整合计划,配合上级完成其他工作。
任职要求
1.Bachelor degree or above
本科及以上学历
2.1-3 years working experience in human resources or excellent project implementation experience in business sector
1-3年人力资源工作经验或优秀的业务部门项目落地经验
3.Good oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese, overseas travel acceptable preferred
